A short series of tests to see the capability of the Canon 1D Mark IV in dusk to late dusk lighting conditions in the Chelsea section of Manhattan.
Briefly, shooting a third stop under seems to convey a better feeling than shooting at normal exposures which can make a night scene more like daytime.
A side benefit is lower ISOs although some high ISO shots up to 12,800 really amazed me.
